You must not use the website, in any way, to try to forge any documents or share any forged documents which are considered illegal by the UK Government or similar UK based authority. You can use the website to access the online medical evidence request services offered by SFR Medical and to contact the organisation for any follow up requests, issues, complaints or concerns. Access and availability
Access to and use of all parts of the Portal except the Homepage, Contact Details, Get Help and FAQs is restricted to registered users only.
In order to use certain aspects of the Portal, you must sign using the Sign in/ Sign up option on the Portal homepage. You can edit your Personal Profile by signing into the Portal at any time and updating your Profile.
We have the right to disable your username and password at any time if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions in these terms or other policies, such as our Cookies Policy or Privacy Policy.
We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is accessible 24 hours per day, but the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We give no warranties or guarantees on availability.
